Ordered the hose replacement for my DC07 yesterday and it arrived this morning! I had a problem fitting it as I hadn't realised part of the old hose was stuck in the wand, a quick call to Vacuum Parts Direct and the lady told me right away what the problem was and how to fix it.
I'd highly recommend your company and will be using again.

I would like to say Thank You for an excellent service. I crushed some parts of my Dyson by running over them whilst vacuuming my car. Rather than replace the whole thing, I looked at your website and ordered the replacement parts. I ordered the parts on Saturday afternoon 23rd Jan 2010, and was amazed that they arrived with me on Tuesday 26th Jan 2010 before 8am.
