We aim to process all orders the same day and use Royal Mail and City Link. We have a cut off order time of 2pm to deliver within the estimated time scale. Many orders are delivered within 24-48hrs. Once your order has been placed you may contact us via telephone to re-direct a delivery providing that the goods have not already been dispatched, if they have been and we are able to re-direct them for you a re-direction fee will be made. For failed deliveries a re-delivery charge is payable if your order has been returned to us via post or carrier/courier as a result of failed delivery.
For Europe & International deliveries we will contact you via email to confirm the amount of extra postage due before we process your order. We send via Airmail / Parcelforce Worldwide and goods need to be signed for on receipt., all delivery times are an estimate.
