Orders
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours providing the parts are instock. Please allow an additional delivery time for parts which are not in stock, we will contact you via email if this is the case.
Reserve & Collect in store
This new service is available, please place your order online and we will then email you when your items are ready for collection, please ensure that you bring a copy of your order with you, goods will be reserved for 7 days, please contact us if you wish to arrange a specific collection time.
Delivery
UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail & Parcelforce, we reserve the right to upgrade your order to parcelforce if we see necessary at no extra cost to you. Goods will be shipped when payment clears
We aim to process all orders the same day and use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We have a cut off order time of 2pm to deliver within the estimated time scale. Many orders are delivered within 24-48hrs. Once your order has been placed you may contact us via telephone to re-direct a delivery providing that the goods have not already been dispatched, if they have been and we are able to re-direct them for you a re-direction fee will be made. For failed deliveries a re-delivery charge is payable if your order has been returned to us via post or carrier/courier as a result of failed delivery.
Parcelforce Courier Upgrade Option for 24/48hr delivery on items in stock, is for all UK Mainland Postal Code areas with the exception of IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE,
BT, IM, TR21-25 For failed deliveries a re-delivery charge is payable if your order has been returned to us via post or carrier/courier as a result of failed delivery or for non collection from your local delivery depot
For Europe & International deliveries, we send via Airmail / Parcelforce Worldwide and goods need to be signed for on receipt., all delivery times are an estimate.

Part & Accessory Returns
Any product may be returned within 5 working days of purchase, provided it is in original saleable condition, in it's original carton with all of the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals. You must request an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by email or telephone. We will then email you instructions on where to post it to. You must write the RMA number on the return label.You the customer are resonsible for return postal costs unless the return is due to our error . Postal charges are non refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to. Any return that shows damage, the part has been used, excess wear and tear or any missing parts may be denied credit or charged accordingly. All returns must be received back to us within 5 working days. No exceptions will apply. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us & we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend that you ensure the goods are packed well & obtain a proof of postage in the event you need to claim againt missing mail sent via Royal Mail. All refunds may take up to 30 days. Credit Card orders will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase, money orders and cheque orders will receive a company cheque..
Please email orderdesk@VacuumPartsDirect.co.uk for an Return Merchandise Authorisation Number request form and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorisation Number. Please Note: Do not accept your shipment if the package shows sign of damage. Once a package is accepted only the manufacturers warranty will apply.
Refunds
All refunds may take up to 30 days ,orders will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase,
Product Warranties
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Vacuum Parts Direct makes no expressed or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for any merchandise sold. All warranty claims must be made by the purchaser directly with the respective manufacturers or their representatives
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before it is in shipping without penalty. You must check via email that your order is not in shipping and receive a confirmation reply. Once an order is in shipping the return policy will apply and the order will be subject to the restocking fees and shipping & handling charges. Any refused shipment will result in restocking fees and shipping and handling charges both ways.
